Current Policies & Procedures

Cancellation Policy

As we all know life happens and there are some situations we can't get out of or help to be in. Exceptions will be made based on these events.

If you need to change anything or cancel please let me know as soon as your able to let me know you won't be making it. As I can re-book a client for your spot.

Same day cancellation or no shows will result in 100% of your service fee.

There will be no fees for cancellations with 48 hours or more notice.

Failure to provide 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduled will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Bookings

Bookings can be booked through my booking system online here. You can also direct message me on Instagram or Facebook. You can also reach me via text or phone call. You will receive an automated email when booking online.

BOOKINGS SECURED WITH A $50 DEPOSIT IF SERVICE COST IS $150 OR GREATER. CAN BE SENT TO ALYSSAHIGGS@OUTLOOK.COM DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS APPOINTMENT COST.

Sanitization

Upon entry there will be a sanitization station to sanitize hands or there will be a paper towel waiting in the washroom for hand washing before the appointment begins

Parking

Please park your vehicle in the space in-front of the house or on the side street. Please do not park on opposite side of the house. There will be a sandwich board on the lawn.

Things To Know

Clients are advised not to bring

their children, however if you are in a pinch. I understand. Please just ask me.

I accept any form of payment through square -debit, credit card, AE, ApplePay or cash.

Please note that if you are arriving late, I do have the right to decide if I will proceed with the appointment due to confliction with other appointments and may result in a no show fee.
